There are around four Venezuelan national guards who have been kept in the Colombian territory. The four of them would be released soon. These four Venezuelan national guards were caught at the border of Vichada. The government of Venezuela has nothing to say about these four guards. The President Alvaro Uribe mentioned that the release of these four Venezuelan national guards was mainly a brotherly attitude. There has been more US access to the bases of Colombia, thus allowing Washington to have a spy on Venezuela. The act of release of the four of them would be in such a way as not to spoil the relationship of the two countries.
